There's no specific list. It depends on a variety of factors including things like available treatment in your home country, severity of the condition, and more.
To add to the list cost is still a factor, whether you have family support in both countries if there is severe disability, etc.
Scylla and Canuck have give more clarification to the submissions I already gave and I believe these suffice. Let me remind you again that you can not fake any disease as you will have to provide detail support documents and reports. IRCC will also subject to medicals as part of approval process so, please be as sincere as possible to avoid irreparable complications.
Is better apply online or sending applications by mailing to Vancouver ?
It’s easier for you and the officer that will treat the file if your application is submitted online.
Yes you can but you must be careful because it is quite sensitive and any error could be counted as misrepresentation or could lead to delay in process.
Before my brown paper expired is this mean IAM out of status while I apply for H&C ?
No. You will only be out of status when you exhaust all avenue of becoming conventional refugee I.e RDP, RAD and JR all failed.
