Hello everyone,

I applied for the Canada Express Entry program on 9th of July 2021 and was accepted into the pool with a CRS score of 350 after which I got my express entry profile number and job seeker code. In order for me to increase my score, I applied for the Saskatchewan provincial nomination program.

In September, I decided to update my working history on Express Entry profile. After submitting the update, I was sent a message telling me " we are sorry, you are no longer eligible to be in the express entry pool ". Since then till now, I've been applying to get back into the pool, but the reply still remains the Same, "Profile ineligible ".

Please, I'd like to know if anyone has been found in this situation, what could be the reason and possible solution(s)?

Thank you.

Something you have done has made your profile ineligible.

Do you still have 67 points under the FSW points system? Did you lose points due to your age which caused you to drop below 67?
Do you have enough proof of funds? Proof of funds increased this year.
What exact change did you make to your working history? Did you change your primary NOC?

I have 68 points under the FSW points system. Find the break down below:

Language skills =24/28 (CLB 9)
Education =21/25 (Degree)
Work experience =11/15 (2-3 yrs)
Age =12/12 (18-35 yrs)
Total =68/100

I'm aware of the change in proof of funds and I have CAD13500.

My primary NOC still remains the same as well (1431).

I only added my immediate past working experience before my current job, because I didn't remember to add it initially.

I think I'm still on the right track, as I don't think I've defaulted in any way.

Did you have a birthday - how old are you? CLB 9 in all areas - is IELTS still valid?

I am 30 years old, born on 14th feb 1991 and yes I have CLB 9 in all areas as I didn't score less than 6.0 in any of the language tests.

Oops!!! This means I scored 65 points and have to take the test again. But, why was I allowed into the pool initially? Meanwhile I have a 40 yr old friend who has 7.0 OVERALL and got into the pool on 3rd Nov with a CRS score of 347 after been rejected 6 times previously.

Don’t know why. Can’t comment on your friend because don’t know full profile

If you were allowed initially then it might not be the IELTS.
Recheck your profile again, considering that entering the work experience changed your eligibility, redo the same profile (which was eligible before) and try adding the work later.
