After few weeks of visa application I got this


I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.


What is the issue and how to deal with it quickly?

- how old are you?
- where are you living now? India or elsewhere?
- do you have work experience?
- is the program you plan to take in Canada a diploma, post grad diploma or something else?
- do you have travel history (e.g. US, UK)?

FYI - St. Clair College is a private school. This means it's low ranked and has a bad reputation. This may be part of the reason why you were refused.

Change schools.

As said in my post above, St. Clair is a private college. Private colleges have a very low reputation in Canada. It doesn't make sense for you to be traveling all the way here to attend such a bad school.

Pick a public college instead. Stay away from all private colleges.

St. Clair is a public college as far as I am aware, by the way? I am not in it, but I am just saying in case of confusion

there is no quick fix, order gcms notes for detailed reason for your refusal.
