No, I was not added to the email. My employer told me that he received the second email. That's how he realized that he missed the first one. Atleast, he was apologetic about it since I had told him days ago that he may receive an email for verification.

I had the same issue, left the previous job 7 years ago and needed a letter, but most employees had left the company and it was also sold to another company, I approached my previous manager and got him to give me a reference and attached a LOE to AINP stating the reason why I cannot get a reference letter on a letter head of the previous company, I also attached all my contract details of the previous company as proof that I was working there, luckily I had kept all those documents for over 7 years now
I got my nomination within 1 month of submitting it and AINP did not even contact my previous boss. So good luck to you.AINP processing update

I had in my case I had the reference letter prior to leaving the country where i was working i asked my manager to issue me a letter which he did. It's been 2 years now he left the job, i send emails to HR but they didn't respond, again i email the duty manager operations who was a colleague and my supervisor. He did reply saying it's not company policy to issue another letter especially to former employees who have left the job as well as the country of work. What do you think will this work? I attached all the documents starting from Job offer email which was the first contact by the company along with the job offer letter then my acceptance email and offer letter, employment contract, Increment letter, we had digital HR software for leaves we had to apply there for any vacation or any sick leaves and the system generates electronic email i attached those, Payslips, bank statements and non-renewal of contract. From my side, i tried to attach all possible data in chronological order as it happened. Do you think will this work?
Yes in my case it worked and they never even contacted my previous employer, so mostly they check the current company only, again this could change if you are less than 3 years in the current company. In my case I am working 6 years for the present company so they would not have in any case contacted the previous company. Good luck to you.

I have a query, appreciate if someone could shed some light on it.
After receiving an interest for my profile, i had to change my code as i believe that it does not accurately represent my job responsibilities. I dropped them an email along with the new noc code and my current job responsibilities to inquire about the change of noc code and if its acceptable before accepting the invitation. They responded that I'm eligible to change the noc code and also sent the link with the same email.
My concern here is, will the change of noc code have any impact on my chances to recieve the nomination? I have a decent score of 471, but will loose 5 points in jan. I'm unsure of my next course of action.

Wow, This is interesting, I submitted and Paid 20th October and my Processing Status is still showing submitted.
