Hello,
I am still waiting for my COPR from AOR january 2020. Everything is done. File is stuck at backround check from last year and a half. Just wondering if anybody is at this stage. Biometrics done on 5 march 2020.

same here, no progress yet. According to various groups, some applicants have started receiving their PRs, patience is key I guess.

My Security check also says not started. I am March 2020 AOR. Did you order GCMS notes or CSIS notes recently?

Hi legal falcon, need your suggestion urgently.
I received ADRs for IMM5406, 5562, 5569 and PCC to be submitted in 30 days time. I have taken appointment for PCC for 2 dec and i am not sure whether i will receive pcc in time by 18 dec (last date by when need to submit all ADRs). My queries are:
(1) Shall i submit other three forms except pcc at present as i have filled all three forms. And can send pcc later when received through webform, what is your suggestion on this?
(2) Or shall i wait and submit all forms together? But my concern is if i donot get pcc in time, then what is the solution?

Upfront medicals already passed on oct 2021.

Thank you so much for your guidance on this topic. I send them a webform stating the refusal which I failed to mention in schedule A and also the section under which it was refused. Will this be enough or should I also mail them coz I know my visa office.
Did you get any acknowledgement for the webform you have raised?

Hi @legalfalcon
Thank you for your help so far on this platform.
I applied for PR from outside Canada AOR January 2020. But came to Canada on a visitor visa on May this year. I'm currently on maintained status (my visa expired) because I applied for visa extension. Today, I got an email to resubmit Schedule A form. Why do you think they requested for schedule A form again? My background, security and eligibility has already been passed as I got to know via gcms note. Medical extended till December 2021. Can my application be rejected based on my visa extension application? What do you think is my fate? Is the request for resubmission of schedule A form, a good sign? I will appreciate your input on this. Thank you @legalfalcon

Hi @Zittj
I am in a very similar situation. AOR Jan 2020 in India and came to canada as Visitor in April this year, currently applied for extension. Can you please tell me what does it say for medicals in your profile?

I received my GCMS notes today, the file was sent for medical reassessment in Oct 2020, hasn’t been touched since then, my last year’s GCMS and latest ones look exactly the same. So frustrating! File is pending approval due to to pending medicals. @legalfalcon please advise how I can proceed.
