Employer bankrupt + job loss after receiving AOR (FSW+PNP inland)

Hi there,

My employer sponsored me and I got my BC PNP in July 2020. With this I submitted my application for PR (FSW+PNP inland) and received my AOR on Oct 09, 2020.
My PR application is still in process, however my PNP expired in the meantime.
Today, my employer went bankrupt and I lost my job with 0 notice.
I'm still waiting for my open work permit (applied for it July 2021 and requested urgent processing today).

My question: Do I have to inform IRCC and/or PNP about my job loss?
And how will it affect my application?

Yes you must update IRCC about any changes in your circumstances. If you requested urgent processing today but didn’t inform IRCC of your job loss that would be misrepresentation.
