Hi there,

Applied for CBU January 2022 intake

Medical has done on 7th October

GIC CERTIFICATE received on 07th NOVEMBER / 1st Year Fees submitted 17th NOVEMBER

BIOMETRIC will be on 20th DECEMBER

IELTS ( test date 17th November 2019 / Result date 21st November 2019) MY AGENT ( PYRAMID, NEW DELHI ) ADVISED ME ON 17TH NOVEMBER WHILE FILING THAT THE TEST IS EXPIRED already

The agent advised that the filing can be done by 10th DECEMBER 2021.

Please advise if I should give IELTS and apply for VISA?

So you applied for a study permit or waiting for LOA from CBU? Are you applying through SDS or non-SDS? Believe it is test date so your IELTS are expired.
 
1. SDS
2. offer letter from CBU is LOA ( received for 3 intakes Jan , May , Sep 2022 )
 
yes i need to give IELTS now but i need to ask if i will be able to apply for a study permit if i study for 7 days and give an exam and the result will be declared in 5-7 days. and as per the agent i can file for a study permit by 10th of December. is it worth the taking close call / risk

All depends when you can get a test date, have results and then file study permit. You will not get decision for January.
