Today its been 1 whole month since our Re-Meds got updated. 17th October - still no sign of any updates on the portal regarding PPR
Are you inland or Outland? Is IRCC still releasing PPRs only for family reunification/ Outland relatives?

Hello. I am a pre-March 2020 case. My COPR had expired in May 2020.

I have received a few emails here and there from IRCC, and I had also received the 'are you still willing to immigrate' email back in February of this year 2021 - but nothing since then. The only ghost update was that my profile was reactivated around the same time.

In the last 10 months, my profile has stayed at 'processing'. I haven't received any re-medical requests.

Is there anybody else in a similar situation? Have I missed out on any major news? Should I be willing to let go of hope at this point in time lol?

Hello all,

Has anyone received any update after we are still working on your application mail?
Nope. Nothing yet after passing remedicals on Oct 28. I am assuming they might release further updates/documents/PPRs (whatever applies) as batches.

Any changes in your ECAS from `in process` to `Decision made`? Have they updated `Medical results have been received` on your ECAS ?

3 weeks now , hopefully they will get back to you soon. It will take some time. No wonder they have 1.8 millions backlog as per news.

Medicals passed. No other updates. I guess their priority ranking is: Aghan refugees, Family reunification, Backlogs etc…. I happened to read this news too. It’s shocking and terrifying. I hope they have some efficient mechanism in place to clear the backlog. Did u happen to read the letters send to IRCC by shadow ministers? They have suggested sensible solutions to tackle the current backlogs.

Another addition to the priority list would be student visa because winter classes are commencing January 10th and IRCC has to make decisions on their profiles asap. Obviously they take precedence because that's what we saw when the travel restrictions were lifted for them, much earlier than us.

Yeah read that last week. Indeed appreciable. There is a need for a decisive action.
