In my GCMS notes, my secondary office is Paris. And it's marked "yes" as primary.
Do you think my file has been transferred to Paris?

If the status is changed to `Application received` from `in process` then hopefully its now transferred to your local visa office. Hopefully PPR soon. Best wishes.
