IMM008 No option to choose Canada Class under "Program under which you are applying"

I am applying for permanent residency under the "Spouse or Common-law partner in Canada class", however in form IMM008 the only applicable option in "Program under which you are applying" is "Family" . In the document checklist I have selected The in Canada Class, and I don't want my forms to be confusing to the reviewer by having selected two different types of programs. Please advise. Thank you!

The 'in Canada' class in checklist is a subset of the Family program.
