Hey, am a Ugandan intending to migrate to Canada I have a bachelor's in industrial psychology and am 22. Can u please walk me through the whole process

I took the free assessment test and I was told am not eligible and I think the test works for both express and provincial so how can I raise my points
Eligibility and invitation are two different things. Don’t know your points so improve English language scores, become fluent in French, or get a masters or second degree are a few ways.

aren't I supposed to have someone who lives in Canada in order to get the invitation

No. You have to qualify based on your own merits.

Am so sorry for disturbing you but am totally green about the whole thing. if you don't mind can you tell mew how I can get the invitation please

Read through this link in detail. It provides you with all of the information you need to know. If you want to go through the process yourself rather than paying a lawyer to help you, then you will need to do quite a bit of research. There are a number of steps to the process and several requirements you will need to meet.

To give you a high level answer to your question, you will first need to get ECA done and complete the IELTS test. The next step is to set up an Express Entry profile. Then you wait to be selected and receive an invitation. Not everyone is selected. Whether you are selected or not will largely depend on how many points you have. You want to score 470+ points to have a good chance of receiving an invitation.

To submit a profile you need an ECA for your degree and IELTS for your language proficiency. Your job must be skilled and a NOC A, B or 0. It is a 4 digit code and if you are a cashier you may be NOC C or D, which is not eligible.

what I meant to ask is that whether I fill in what I qualified for or what am currently doing but the whole ECA thing filled in the gaps for me so thank you again
which organizations would recommend for both ECA and IELTS

IELTS is the name of the language exam. There are a few ECAs with WES being the most used. All the information can be found in the links in post #9.
