Webform usage

I scanned 300 dpi photo which actually should be 600 dpi !
Can I send correct photo by webform?

IF your photo is not acceptable, IRCC will send you a request for another one. If you are still worried, go ahead and send it via webform as long as it's not larger than 2MB.
