I had submitted my webform to enquire about my PR renewal... This is what I got today in mail... What does this mean??

I have DM since a month now.. Does it mean my card has been selected for inperson pick up?

Thx.

----------
Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

The health and safety of everyone is our priority. As we resume some of our in-person services, IRCC has modified its approach in order to limit walk-in visits due to the coronavirus situation.

Whenever possible, interactions will occur virtually or through scheduled appointments only. Only clients with pre-scheduled appointments will be permitted into IRCC offices. Appointments letters will include specific instructions to prepare our clients for health and safety regulations.

Following federal, provincial and municipal public health guidelines remains a priority and an office may have to temporarily suspend in-person services based on these guidelines. If you had an in-person appointment scheduled at a local IRCC office which was cancelled, you will be contacted for the rescheduling of your appointment.

We invite you to consult our website regularly. It will be updated as the situation evolves.

We thank you for your patience during this difficult time.

We hope the information provided is helpful in assisting you with your enquiry.

We would also like to suggest the following online services that might be helpful to you with any immigration, refugee and/or citizenship future requests:

Sincerely,

I called IRCC office today, WRT the above reply to my webform.. for a change, the agent was super friendly.. he looked into my file and told me that my card has been printed and indeed sent to Kitchener IRCC office.. they (the kitchener) office will get intouch with me for my in-person pick up, they know it's an urgent request.. but they will schedule an appointment.. I can't do anything about it..the agent also told me that if (by any chance) I am not able to pick up my card before flying out ... I can come via land border through US (if I have visa) in a private vehicle if I have a COPR. Let's hope that day never comes.. waiting for Kitchener IRCC to reach out to me!!

So my renewal application was delivered on June 18th, Sydney, NS. I'm still waiting on AOR and not heard anything.
I'm Traveling on December 10th.
Any suggestions on what I should do? Im seeing applications for July are being opened at this point and trying to phone or get in touch with anyone from IRCC is near impossible.

You can see on the discussion here people with Jun 25th application delivery got some status today. If you don’t see any updates next week, you should try calling them though most of the time they are not helpful. Or try enquiry through your local MP office. I found it helpful through MP office. Though based on your timeline, you might receive your card on time for travel but it’s better to start bugging IRCC now

Here is my timeline for PR card renewal:
Mailed paper application using CanadaPost: July 7, 2021
Delivered (according to Canada Post): July 12, 2021
Still waiting for AOR and for it to show up in the online system.
My current PR card will expire in November, so hopefully this is plenty of time....you never know....
Update to my time line above. I received AOR email on Oct 21, 2021. ECAS now (Oct 22, 2021) also lists my PR card application with status 'DECISION MADE':
We received your application for a permanent resident card on July 12, 2021.
We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on October 21, 2021.
We started processing your application on October 21, 2021.

My renewal application was delivered to IRCC June 24th, got AOR October 9th, still can't see it on ECAS.

I started doubting I am entering something wrong, as I see some people from June and July submissions here posting updates that their applications are now visible on ECAS.

Does everyone use UCI as the Identification? I just copy and paste the number from the AOR email, no hyphens.

Maybe you entered the wrong UCI, it's the number in the body of your AOR, right after the "Government of Canada" Banner. If you entered that one, maybe try the application in the title of the email starting with Rxxxxxxxx - and select application number in eCAS. And if still nothing pops up, try GCKey to see if you can link your application.

Thanks for replying! Well I have tried the UCI and just now the application number like you said, nothing shows up still.

I tried the sign-in partner, with 2 different internet banking pages (not sure if I should do this or it may create 2 different accounts and mess things up), still nothing. Isn't this the same way we log on to CRA?

Signed up for GCkey but seems the page is down now so I couldn't sign in afterwards. Anyway I don't think it would be any different.
