I received my CSQ for Quebec a few weeks ago so called CIC yesterday to see if they have received it yet. The operator wouldn't give me any information or update on my file and said because they are in a crisis with Afganistan, everything is on hold ... But looks like some people here are still getting approved etc which is hopeful!

Hi guys, just logged into my account and instead of 'submitted' it says 'application/profile updated'. Is this a ghost update? I haven't received any emails ...
I did update my address last week though ... so maybe it's that ...
