My RTD is expiring in Feb. Can I apply for one now? Are they receiving and processing applications?

It is a pain in the butt , I keep sedding webforms for a month for urgent travel and they did not reply back still. So if you do not need it for urgent travel, then save your time and stress for something else.

Just called IRCC regarding a webform I sent last week for an urgent travel document with reasons provided. The officer said she doesn't see the webform and that if I don't get a response it might mean that my request is rejected or still "under review". She advised that I can still send it by mail and put URGENT on the envelope but I'm not sure if it would actually be processed as urgent because it wasnt submitted online??

What's funny is at the end of the call she said she will send me a link and when I checked my email it was a link to the webform..so basically it's a circle :rolleyes:

I just talked to a dude agent and was not helpful at all ,told him my issue and was still asking ”so what is your question ?” basically said to mail it and did not seem to know anything about applying electronically.

Before I got the epost the link one agent told me to send the application by mail and then call them to send them the tracking number do they can send the passport office an email telling them that your application is urgent
