On the PR platform, there was a line saying : "Once your declaration of your presence in Canada has been accepted, you will be able to download your electronic copy of your confirmation of permanent residence document (eCoPR) in this portal. If you have previously been landed and already have your proof of permanent resident status, your eCoPR will not be available for download." Does this mean that inland applicant currently in Canada (my case) will not receive eCoPR, only to wait for PR card to arrive? Thanks a lot

Journey finally ended as I received my PR card today! Thanks everyone who helped and those who are waiting, just hang in there. I know it’s frustrating but you will get yours soon.

Medical request: July 27, 2021
Medical received: August 11, 2021
PR confirmation Portal email: August 20, 2021 (Replied on same day but never got the portal email and password till date. I created my own account on PR portal and I could see my application on August 31.)
Uploaded photo and address: August 31, 2021
PR Card approved: September 8, 2021
PR Card received: September 13, 2021

I received card from Sydney, NS

PS: My Portal account still shows my application in review with IRCC. I would recommend everyone to link their account to CIC to get updates regarding their PR card.
Thanks everyone, see you in citizenship forum few years from now.

Also a question, as I have received my PR card can I travel right away to my home country? I’m not sure but one of my friends told me that I gotta wait for like 3 months or something before travelling after getting the card.

Hello,

Wanted your expert opinion on my predicament

AOR Oct 2020
Application type : CEC
Current stage : Photo and Address has been provided to IRCC and its under status "In review with IRCC" since June 17th -( around 76 days)

My company wants to move me to USA and i do not want to go there. From what i have read is if i lose my job now, i wlll lose my 50 points for my Job offer and that will put my score under the draw hence automatic disqualification.

My current score would be around 420( Without the 50 Points for offer letter) . Can i apply under CEC again while my current application is in process. i know i will be wasting my money but can i apply just to be on safe side.

Thanks

The main idea why i wanted to have the second application in is that even if i lose my first application my second application will go through becuase it does not consider the job offer points and with current draw of
