I remember I paid biometric fees for my parents while their biometrics are still valid and they were never required to do another bio. As the process has been finalized, I wonder if these fees will be returned to me?

Yes, you need to send in your receipt and a note through webform for the refund. It took about 5 months for ours to be refunded as we paid twice.

For those who sent passport to VFS for stamping and whose parents had alreadycompleted BM, what did you do with the BM page that says applicant wish to provide biometrics vs applicant not wishing to provide biometrics. I'm confused as my mom already did the biometrics

I just left the section blank as biometrics were already completed and irrelevant for this stamping.

Has courier picked up your parents passport? Does courier staff call before coming?

if you have done BM, no need to.
BlueDart staff will call and confirm the pick-up location and time. (They called us on same day)

Called the CIC center and spoke with the agent.
She said they received all requested documents. They are doing background check and eligibility is still not started yet.

I didn't get it which eligibility they are talking now?

Biometric already done last year. Medical completed last year as well as last month too and it says "passed" now. Sponsor side already says decision made.
