Raise Spouse Work Permit

I have already submitted application for Canada Work Permit under ICT GSS Category, I would like to raise the work permit for my spouse who is doing business currently.
Kindly guide me on the steps to raise it.

Are you referring to SOWP? If so, you could have filed an application along with your own WP application.

When i filed my work permit at that time due to some personal reasons we decided that i will go alone and he will not come along with me but after submitting application at ircc site now there are some changes in initial plan.. how can i apply for SOPW now???
