Please guys I need your advice regarding an issue I recently noticed in my application. It turned out that I submitted a reference letter for my current noc rather than the noc for which I was given an NOI for. Do I send an email submitting a new reference letter for that NOC and a letter of explanation attached to it or do I be silent about it till the assessing officer requests the information? I am so scared at this point, I can’t believe I made this error and I don’t like misrepresentation at all.
Yes. You should take action now. There is no way that they are going to miss such a big gap. It will look transparent if you take the first action. What is your NOC btw?

Thanks again for all your help, @Raulf!

I got in touch with an immigration consultant today who I have worked with before and got some useful information from him as well.

The only thing that is bugging me is the proof of funds, because I haven't maintained the minimum balance in my own account during the last 6 months. At what stage of the application process do they ask for bank statements?

One more thing: I had applied for a Canada study permit last year and was verbally approved over a phone call from the embassy, followed by a PPR. However, my plans changed and I decided to go to a different country for my MBA, so I never sent in my passport to get the Canadian visa stamped in it. I noticed on the IRCC portal that my study application now shows as "Refused". Will this be an issue for the PR process? Will showing the PPR convince IRCC that the only reason my application shows up as "Refused" is because I never sent them my passport?

Cheers!
Personally, I think it should not affect your PR application process, as you may have a valid reason for choosing another country for your further studies.

Hi I have graduated from private college in canada will I be able to get nomination from Alberta
Graduation from Canada college will not guarantee a NOI from Alberta, however you may not have to complete the education equivalency formalities (ECA ).

My EE profile states I have a sibling in a different province.
Since the assessing office has specifically asked to provide siblings details, it's better to provide the details of the sibling living in Canada - although it was not mentioned in the AINP document check list.

Factors that increase your chances
Meeting one or more of the following adaptability factors may also increase your likelihood of receiving a Notification of Interest letter:

  • you have an Alberta job offer and/or work experience
  • you are a graduate of a Canadian post-secondary institution
  • you have a parent, child, brother and/or sister who is a permanent resident living in Alberta, or a Canadian citizen living in Alberta

Do we need to add edcation of 10th and 12th standard in AINP education history as we do not have ECA for this but the portal mention to add all high schools and secondary school details .

For 12 th in the drop down mennu there is an option for high school in level of education drop down but for 10th what shall we do?

Definitely it increases your chances but NOC plays an important role at first place.

just a reply from employer of the answers they are asking. Generally they dont ask for any document, but this may vary from candidate to candidate.
