you are mistaken. This pNp was there earlier as well but on a first come first serve basis, many of my friends used to apply to it. That has been changed to an EOI-based system. Human Capital Stream draws are still going on. Tech Draws are HC stream draws, they are not for fresh grads out of colleges with xyz degree.

but two « blind » choices:
- don’t know betwee PNP processing or FSW processing is quicker
- i would prefer to chose my family land.

Yesterday, IRCC tweeted that they would not even answer any questions until 7th September due to holidays , so how come they want to hold draw these days?!
They got more than a chance. They got a ticket to their only train. If they didn’t get it, they aint getting it anytime soon. They will get it when we all land in Canada.
