It's been a while since the dependent and USA outlanders getting PPR after re-meds. I really hope for them to start giving it out for all other outlanders. Hopefully, after Sept 7, we can see chunks of applications being finalized and PPRs. Please post your updates here. By the 4th quarter, I expect some huge movements in this forum.

I'm pretty sure that your application is finalized in the backend. Verify it using GCMS. We'll are on the same boat.
We applied in December 2020 outland CEC and everything is passed except security, we received the gcms notes last month.
Speaking of ghost updates, I got a ghost update yesterday followed by a Bad Gateway.

This is great news, congrats! my Friend from France recently got his copr too so maybe for outland things are moving now! One question, does anyone know if people from all countries go through the PPR step or just countries that require a visa to enter Canada? I don't know whether PPR is a required step for UK citizens, best thing to do is call IRCC, I've called them like a zillion times with all my queries. Do keep in mind that there are excellent customer care representatives who could be very helpful to clear your doubts, and there are okay to not-so-good customer care representatives who just take the 'we don't have that information' road, and just say you should wait for IRCC to contact you. You may not get your questions answered in one call.
