No emails after being scheduled for the ceremony

Hi there,

I have seen the update about the ceremony online weeks ago and said being scheduled tomorrow.

However, I have never received emails about the details. Called Cic, just told me to wait.
Already checked the junk box, still seeing nothing related.

Does anyone have clues about it?

If thats the case, possibly you havent scheduled actually with a slot for that date by the officer yet.
But this is bad since they are scheduling it without actually allocating the slot time and sending email but showing it up online and sending email just 1-2days before even though schedule appears weeks months ahead.
