When IRCC requests for medicals, will there be any place where we can upload documents? Like will there be a proper slot to upload the medical document?

Hello,
I am in Quebec and I graduated from university with master degree at the same time with my friends in the same major and we applied for PGWP but my friends got their work permit after maximum 2 months and for me its been 7 months that there is even single news about my work permit.
Idk what should I do since I need my work permit because I cant get my health insurance and…
I applied on end of 8th of February 2021 and still waiting.
I sent webform twice and got the same answer that due to covid we cant do anything.Tried to speak to an agent but it keep saying due to high volume we cant connect you.
The only thing that they are saying is that all the information is complete and we do not need any other information from you and we haven’t started your application!!!!!!
Please help me what should I do?:((((
Hey, are you eligible to work currently then? Because my AOR stated that I could work only until a certain day or when a decision is made on my application, whichever is earlier, the date is about 4 months after the day I submitted my application

Of course he’s allowed to work, it’s called implied status and he can work until a decision it’s been made

Hello again guys,
My eligibility review started a week ago. But, no update has happened since then. Has anyone ever had a similar experience? I noticed for the others, this part of process takes at most 2 days.
I should mention that I have applied from out of Canada for myself as well as my dependents (my wife and my 4yo daughter). Their application status changed to eligibility review as well (last week at the same time).

I applied on July 12th. In the AOR, it is mentioned that I can work until November or when a decision is made on my application, whichever is earlier. It is 7 months since he applied. So, I was just wondering if there is any way to get the date on AOR extended

For those applying from outside Canada, the eligibility review usually takes a longer time, sometimes weeks, according to the bulk of data points.
It is normally 1 to 2 days for inland applicants only.
