Post Graduate Work Permit Processing Time (PGWP)

Hello,
I am in Quebec and I graduated from university with master degree at the same time with my friends in the same major and we applied for PGWP but my friends got their work permit after maximum 2 months and for me its been 7 months that there is even single news about my work permit.
Idk what should I do since I need my work permit because I cant get my health insurance and…
I applied on end of 8th of February 2021 and still waiting.
I sent webform twice and got the same answer that due to covid we cant do anything.Tried to speak to an agent but it keep saying due to high volume we cant connect you.
The only thing that they are saying is that all the information is complete and we do not need any other information from you and we haven’t started your application!!!!!!
Please help me what should I do?:((((

Can we send any extra documents through webforms for PGWP application?
Will we receive an acknowledgement from ircc if we send a document?
How to know if they have received it or not?

Yes, you can send any documents related to your file through the webform. Most of the times, they acknowledge and reply that they have received the documents.

Hello guys, I need urgent help !
So I graduated in May 2020 from a DLI with a 5 yrs degree program. Applied pgwp by July 15, 2020. Got rejected on 20 Nov 2020. Reason was that I had part time status in school. So I got a letter from school taking responsibility for the part time terms. I applied for restoration of status under study permit, got enrolled in another degree program, And applied for reconsideration in Feb 2021 by webform. And also applied a new paper application for pgwp. The reconsideration was refused Mar 8, 2021, got study permit till 2023. I lost all hopes and suddenly on Aug 23 I got an update on my attorneys gckey account. They apperntly recieved my paper application and it was a request for my $100 pgwp holders fee as it was refunded in my reconsideration. The status now changed from refused to processing. What do you guys think about my case ? Is it a sign that it is going to be approved? If so, how long will the processing take ? I'll be grateful for any help from you guys as I don't want to start school in sept, pay tuition fee of 10k for no reason.

I think it is very likely you will get approved. I will pray you will get your PGWP.

Hi guys, how does the processing time count. My friend whose processing time is showing as 6 May but he got letter from IIRC to submit original transcript end of May and he submitted it on 8 June but nothing has changed after that. So does the processing time starts from original submission ie 6 May or from 8 June ?
