COPR - For Indian Citizen

Hi,
I’m an Indian citizen, living in Singapore.
Received my AOR in Jan 2020 and submitted my biometric in Feb 2020.
Still waiting for my COPR.
Unable to reach CIC through phone. There is always a standard email reply from CIC on the outcome.
Does anybody received COPR from outside Canada with similar situation?
Any idea, how long will it take for me to receive my COPR?
Any advice is highly appreciated!

There has been a slight movement and some people from Sept/Oct 2019 to Jan/Feb 2020 AOR have been getting COPRs..
