It is for my Mother..Is this for a family member if you are posting in the family sponsorship sector?
It is for my Mother..
She has health conditions, she has to do dialysis 3 times a week. No insurance would cover pre-existing conditionWhat are her H&C grounds and why can’t you apply for PGP or supervisa?

She is by herself back home and my father passed away couple of months ago. PGP is hit and miss, not easy to get name picked in PGP
Generally speaking most of the immigration lawyers offices have someone who specializes in H&C cases. I'd look for someone more senior. In Vancouver you can approach Maynard Gordon and his firm, McCrea LLP, Steven Murrenes, just some on the top of my head. If you are in a different city, go on lawyer.com and look for someone there.
I'd suggest talking to a lawyer, he/she might find a different solution that you didn't think of.
Cheers
Agreed. And a FYI, I did misplaced his first and last name but wrote them correctly. If this is relevant to the obove noted question, then yes his name is Gordon (first name) Maynard (last name). Anyhow, to the original post author, you got the point, speak to a lawyer.Hi, just an FYI that his name is actually Gordon Maynard. He's been around for a long time and has a very good reputation.
