I follow up our application and Ive been very specific if how is the eligibility, criminality, background check and security.
I just wrote it line by line so they will respond also per line.
I just dont know if putting attachments help because i just observe that if you put attachments its from officer in IRCC reply but if just an inquiry just usual reply or automatic reply. I am not sure, but base on my experience if there is attachment the reply is detailed.

June 2021: followed up with MP and they said everything is already done in March 2021 and we are in the queue for final approval
June 2021: File transferred from Sydney to Etobicoke , and ECAS changed from In Progress to Applications received till now.

Hi Guys,
I just want to ask for help, my husbands closed work permit is expiring this May 2022. Our PR is on process its on 25 months now going 26 this Sept.10.
Medical passed last july 5, 2021. as per IRCC the only pending is security which is quite confusing because the agent also mentioned its passed. Anyway my question is do we need to apply new work permit 6 mos before the expiration or bowp? im not sure also if the company will also pay the compliance fee again to apply for new wp. (OINP nominee) please advise. Thank you and hoping that we will be PR all soon.
