Where did he mention that there will be changes to EE in September. He said it that changes are coming but no one knows when they will change the EE.

I’m sure @immicow meant changes to how they prioritize processing of applications

I think you said the same thing as me before - I think most of these apps are processed and they are just waiting to update the status and send the PPRs IRCC just push that GREEN button, not the RED one

Once they will open up the borders as they have said it, I think everything will speed up with immigration. I mean they will not have anymore excuses unless they will say to FSW candidates - guys you know what, actually CEC experiment was good and we will be still doing only CEC draws

One or three more draws for CEC and they will drop below 400 CRS points again, I do not think they want that anymore.

I think so their credibility is at stake so they won’t go below 400 that is for sure and if they are exhausted with Cec then yo only FSW because thei TR to PR pathway was a flop

IRCC will never run out of CEC applicants with scores 400 and above. If they start conducting all program draws it would not be because they exhausted CEC candidates; it would be done with the aim to meet next year’s target with the much more skilled, experienced and young candidates currently in the pool waiting

Indeed, after Sept 7 they will have no more excuses. But my fear is that they will reach their quota for this year without us (FSW-O). So, we only will be finalized somewhere in 2022... I don't know how realistic this is... I'm keeping my fingers, elbows and knees crossed for something to happen in September though!

I think they will struggle with higher invites like 3000+. Definitely for the next year quota they need FSW, the question is what they will do. There is no space here for another big draw ahahah or there is?
