Yes, I also received phone call from ircc yesterday,also nothing happened after hang up.So I even if think that's a dream.
My aor was Mar 8, primary VO was Vancouver.

I don’t think so. Never heard of COPR been mailed. I might be wrong tho but I’ve seen someone get PR card without getting ECOPR

im from Ottawa as well and AOR - Jan 08, application has been approved since June 28 as per MP and GCMC notes and no updates whatsoever
