i hope so! the rcmp was the only thing 'missing' lol. Ill try to give a call these days to see whats up if i dont get portal email today or tomorrow
It's almost painful to think that had they looked at this "missing" RCMP form sooner, you would have your PR by now and you wouldn't have to go through months of unnecessary stress and worry. They definitely dropped the ball. But, I guess you can't think like that! Think positive - PR is so close!

- a note added on file on May 19, 2021 indicates that the RCMP check for the principal applicant has been received.
So i dont even know if there is anything that we can learn from this other than not to trust them and keep bugging them.
I just called yesterday as my VO is Vancouver and it’s been 7 months with same status .background is in process nothing else has been started.wat we can expect ?
you have a dependant outland right? im sorry my friend, it is a known fact that those apps are processed at a different pace. Now that restrictions are easing i hope you begin to see updates.
Yeah but ppl from my country with AOR 2020 getting ppr and copr. I m 2021 applicant n no progress at all.
i understand your frustration, i believe they just started clearing out 2019s in fact so they should really speed up now
Anyone with Jan AOR eligibility not started single applicants only? Please update me i am worrying as my eligibility still not started not sure what’s happening in this Vancouver VO. Any one with same situation after 7 months of AOR still eligibility not started

Yes I am .AOR jan 2021.stuck on background.it’s been 7 months.no progress at all.just called yesterday n same status.
I need single applicants not the dependent ones. For dependent every VO facing the same issue
