It will not happen. Although they might delay draws for some reasons, postponing them for the travel ban of one country makes no sense.
I know it’s harder but I think Indians can still travel to canada by indirect flights.

Amazing. IRCC is not going to touch Indian applications until this restriction is over. Why not accept vaccinated travellers from India? They do know that vaccine documents can be easily verified right? Must have felt nice to accept AZ donation from India to vaccinate Canadians and then turn around and ban Indians who are vaccinated with the same vaccine.
