There is no income cut off for sponsoring your wife and dependent son. An explanation letter about how you going support them financially or if you have a job offer, the better.

my opinion is that once my family ll get visa then surely me and wife will go there and ll find any job
isnt it enough for immigration services?

If you are not working, then show your savings account and include a letter of explanation of how you will support yourselves once you are in Canada.

If you submit the application from outside of Canada, you will need to provide evidence as part of the application that you plan to move to Canada with your family as soon as the PR visa is approved. Do you own any property in Canada that you can show as evidence? Do you have any savings in Canada? Have you started looking for a job yet in Canada and contacting potential employers? Will you stay with family when you first arrive and is that family ready to provide a signed letter saying they will give you housing and support you when you first arrive?

You've been a non-resident so there was no need to file taxes in Canada.

i have already started to contact some employers and they are ready to give me job offer letter..
i can also show my pakistani joint saving account with my wife..which shows my savings around 40 thousand dollars.
if i am not wrong above mentioned bank account should b enough to satisfy immigration services that i am able to support my family at initial stages,,once we will reach canada.

You’ll need to show that you have access to more funds than just your initial arrival in case the job falls through, you get sick again, etc. The cost of reestablishing yourself in Canada is quite high. Things like renting a home requires at a minimum first and last mont’s rent, you’ll need furnishings, travel to Canada from Pakistan for a family of 4 is somewhere between 5-10k. Things add up quickly. Sounds like you may not have planned to remain in Pakistan when you left Canada. Have you been in contact with CRA to tell them you are out of the country and to determine whether you are a resident or non resident for tax purposes? Just being outside Canada doesn’t guarantee that you are a non resident for tax purposes. Depends on your ties to Canada. Things like property, financial accounts, family members (do you have other children?), etc. If you haven’t contacted them I suggest doing so soon.
