Express Entry with LMIA-AINP

Hello there, i have question, i had applied for Express entry with LMIA job offer and was nominated from Alberta, but for some reason i cannot accept the offer on my GC Key, and my profile for express entry is not eligible. Now with hours of waiting to get through CIC phone system, i gave up and have registered another express entry profile but still not eligible? What could be the reason, is it possible that my LMIA has expired in June 2 2021; since i applied in March 2021 and now August i was nominated but technical glitch or may be something else; i did notice settlement funds were changed and i was off 222 dollars. I am confused; please any help would be greatly appreciated. Look forward to the positive reply..

Would there be any way and have AINP send me the nomination on another profile..

What is your profile? Do you have 67 points to be eligible (not CRS score)? And your LMIA is not longer valid…do you have a closed work permit? If you didn’t apply for a closed work permit by June 2, it is not longer valid.

when started my profile of express entry i had 67 pts with job offer, now the LMIA has expired but was nominated from Alberta, could that be the reason. And i am outside of canada, applying for PR with supported Job offer with LMIA.

What are your points without job offer? Your LMIA is no longer valid if you didn’t apply for your work permit by June 2. So you calculate your points without job offer. If you aren’t eligible now for EE then you can’t be nominated.

Thank you i appreciate all your help; another silly question if i may ask; now for settlement funds do they count towards express entry when i was not yet given ITA as they changed and i was off by 222 dollars; because there is if i recall no points given when calculating 67 points for proof of funds? You need proof of funds for the new requirements if you had not received ITA.

Ok, and the LMIA was expired as well. Would that be one reason as well? little confused..

Of course. If being eligible for EE was dependant on your LMIA, you need 67 points at a minimum to put your name in the pool.
