My wife was outland when I applied on 11th March 2021. She came to Canada on SOWP in April 2021 and I updated IRCC right away but still haven't got decision on our application. Has anyone been through a similar situation? Is their system still considering her an outland?
Same situation not aor 4 April 2021. But I m all stages passed. Did you pass all stages?

Hi Everyone,

I applied for PR under Canadian Experience Class(CEC), while applying I was in Canada, later I left Canada and came back to my home country.

I got email from IRCC officer stating that "We are at the end of the process for your application for permanent residence in Canada", but they asked me to confirm that "I currently live in Canada".

But the problem here is currently I am living outside the Canada, I replied to IRCC officer the same over the email.

Its been more than 45 days after my reply to them, Still I dint got any response from the IRCC officer.

Will they accept my PR application if I live outside Canada or they will keep my application on hold until I return back to Canada?

I am tensed, could someone help me with the correct information and what I have to do next?

Thanks in advance!

@Vikaskumaran96 HI am primary applicant and my wife outland dependant. 12th May I received a PPR for her and she got her COPR and passport stamped back on 29th June.

For me I received 1st portal email on 9th July and credentials on 14th July. Since than I am waiting...

My first visa office was Edmonton and now it's Ottawa.
HI Yasir, what is your AOR and if you don't mind where is your outland spouse?

I am Feb 2020 AOR CEC and added my wife (India) to my application in Feb 2021.

Just today when I called CIC, The agent told me that my application is pending the final decision.

Also, did you get an update on your CIC portal for PPR for spouse?

Hello,

I'm also in the same situation Inland primary applicant with dependant outland. I uploaded photo and added address details in the portal yesterday. Will the dependent receive PPR only after we get COPR? And have you got the COPR? How long does it take after we give the details in portal.

AOR: May 29,2021
Your AOR is may 29, 2021 and you already got your PR confirmation?
That's wonderful. Which is the country of residence of your dependent?

I am in the expectation of getting this portal email this week..
My medicals was extended on July 15th and passed on the 29th of July (Account Updated).
2 hours later on the 29th I got a GU.

Hopefully this week.
@guidebortoli Do you mind telling me what your review of medicals shows when it was extended and when it was eventually passed. Last week the 'review of medical result' note in my application changed from passed to 'you do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes'. I am just concerned if the medical has been extended or not.
