You would be surprised, many companies in third world countries have limited fixed set of formats. Anything you ask outside this will only be accepted if you write it up for them and they will sign/stamp ;-)

Ofcourse you can write it up for them as per your format and hand over for stamping and signature. My question is why would you ask for one page letter in public which you can write yourself? And you intend to come to Canada to study programs that will require you to write case studies, project paper almost every week‍

I never did diploma in my life but i dont think they only do multiple choices with zero essay…

I did a diploma program and I have courses in each semester that required me to write lots of essays. And to think my program is technical in nature. So, yes.
