please tell me i got 2 time refusal of visitor visa in my study periods of MD even i gave the reason that i will come back to my home country and continue to my study now without a gap after my MD i want apply for study visa i got 75 % mark in bachelor and stood first in my university and stood 6th in MD
loa.gic.oneyear fees medical biometric all are done for sds documentation i want launch my file is there any issue regarding my refusal
my father is financialy not stable my sister husband who is in canada paid my all one year course tuition fees and gic to my bank
now tell me what documents need to show my financial support

my agent told me that because of two refusal visa office will judge you as a non sds category even your file is on sds category so that you have to show a good financial support documents
so please any one tell me what to do

You have received every reason possible for a refusal. Why do you need to take a basic management course in Canada after completing your MD in homeopathic medicine. It makes no sense to spend thousands as how does it advance your education or career. Seems you have no travel history either. What are your funds? Are you in your home country?

It's really hard to tell as their post is confusing, but I think OP is yet to apply for SP? They've had refusals in the past for visitor's visa and are now worried how that will affect the study permit application they are about to put in.

That is my understanding.

what does MD stand for?
 
The other issue is that you only graduated this year and you already want to take a basic health management course at a college in Calgary. Makes no sense. You have not even built up your career with experience so you can’t show career progression or that you are experienced in your field.
