Hi, I did my remedicals on July 8th (CoPR expired Aug 2020) and my test results were sent by the medical doctor on July 13th. I did not receive an email to indicate that my medicals were approved but lucky thing I was checking my Account and I saw that they were approved on July 14th. Now it’s a waiting game to see if they would request anything else or hopefully the PPR. Can anyone share their experience? Thanks.
You did upfront medical or there is a request for medical from IRCC.

Ah great, thanks for the correction! Means my in laws can travel sans 3 day hotel. Mom, went for Covax...yaee yaee yaaa!

Ah well...
I hope they are able to travel soon!
This came in yesterday:
https://www.hindustantimes.com/world-news/covid19-canada-reviews-covaxin-for-emergency-use-authorisation-101626412572505.html
Bharat Biotech has been pushing for Covaxin to be accepted under emergency use authorisation by health agencies and I guess Canada is also evaluating it now. Would be a big relief for a lot of people if this gets approved!

Hi Guys,
While booking for 2 way courier, I see an option "Place where biometrics was enrolled". Can anyone let me know what place they are asking?
As my last biometrics done in 2019 are already valid. Are they asking for the place it was done or they are asking if I had made a new booking for biometrics somewhere as well ? M a bit confused..pls help

PRTD is the travel document meant for those whose PR card(s) have expired while they were out of Canada and they couldn't renew it in time. Such PR status holders can use a single-use PRTD to re-enter Canada IIRC. Since you mentioned that you are an expired CoPR holder and not already a permanent resident, PRTD is not the right document for you. Assuming that you have other approvals/documents as appropriate in your situation, you'd want to go with 'Passport submission for Permanent Residence Application' I think.

Hi Guys,
OINP - Outland Applicant (India)
AOR - 8th Aug’20
Biometrics - 25 Feb’21
Medicals expired - 20 June’21
Review of eligibility - We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Review of medical results - You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes.
No update… Last update was of biometric update.
Earlier, Till 21stJune’2021 my profile used to show - Medical passed on 22 Sep’20 but now it is showing you do not need a medical exam.. What does that mean? Is there some progress in my file?
Should i raise a web form? Or just wait for any update from IRCC?
