Have you repeated your medicals or waiting for notification?
Hi, I repeated the medicals last week and sent it via webform. There is no response yet. I see you did your medicals following your request to them. Did you contact Nova Scotia VIA webform or directly via email?

May I know how did you upload the new medicals document? I don't see any slot available in the "view submitted application or upload documents" page.
No I didn't upload Medicals. There's no Field/Place for that.

If you are in Canada, you also have an option for a call back.

Hi Lilian, Was your COPR issued in March 2021
My COPR was issued in April 2020. In December 2020 I applied for Al to reunite with my son who have studied in Canada since in September 2018. I got permission to exemption from travel restriction in Jan 2021. I travelled to Canada using visitor visa in Feb 2021

Hi @legalfalcon, do you know what type of application is currently a priority for IRCC? It seems as if Expired COPRs (even those pre-march) are being left behind. Those with an expired COPRs should be easier to process as all checks were already done. IRCC way of working is quite hard to understand now, may be you could shed a light if you know. Thanks a lot!

Same for me. No updates from IRCC. In response to webforms I get a generic reply that there are delays in processing times due to COVID-19 and that they’ll get back to me in time for any further documents if required.
I know it sounds silly and I’m probably overthinking but I’m having to take sleeping pills to be able to sleep since the last few weeks due to this.

strategy question here: I'm pre Mar 2020 COPR holder, got email asking if still wanted to immigrate in april, accidentally did up-front re-med, now in limbo waiting. My passport expires in november. I still don't know exactly what "PPR" stands for but I'm guessing "passport request". Does this entail sending the physical thing? I'm debating whether to gamble on renewing or to gamble on waiting to hear back from canada. If PPR involves physically mailing the passport, how long does it take for it to return?

(In the US it takes about 3 months to renew your passport even if doing it expedited, I could try to come up with some reason to do it on an emergency basis in person I suppose).

Its not that simple. For application that have been approved and closed, even if they COPR was not issued will have to be re-opened if any of the checks have expired, the check will have to be re-done or extended and only then will the file be approved again.

IRCC has started rolling out PPRs to outland applicants and soon it will pick up pace.
