i hope Ottawa Office work on 2019 applicants too
Really, you still haven’t received your invitation test yet. I think the letter to MP helped me. I got the test invitation within 2 weeks after I contacted the MP
I'm not sure if MP can do much other than sending inquires.
It will be 8 weeks since I attended the oath ceremony and the MP office were only providing me the same feedback I would receive from the IRCC call centre.
In fact, I was able to submit a communication to Ottawa office via the IRCC agent while MP's office were just backing up IRCC for delays due to COVID-19!
You are waiting for your certificate for 2 months that is insane, it make me feel hopeless again after waiting for 18 months. I see many people who applied after me even got their Canadian passport. Ottawa is the slowest in all.

Nothing as well unfortunately.
I just realized my health card is up for renewal soon. I'm not sure who Service Ontario will recognize my status since I cut PR card in pieces!

I will be calling, sending webforms and emails to Ottawa Office every week until I receive the document. We will reach phase 3 this week.
It's been two weeks since I sent the first email complaining. By now, the Officer should have received the first complaint and is working on sending the certificate?! I am hoping
I'm not sure if it is a matter the message was delivered or not. I think some agents are taking advantage of code 699 of unions which I doubted first to be the case.
