Close Family Relation 20 points claim.

I have 6.5 in IELTS and my wife has 6 each in IELTS. My brother in law ( wife's brother) live in Saskatchewan.

Can we both file family pr file and claim 20 points for each(me & my wife) from my brother in law?

Few Consultants told me that husband and wife both can claim point as members of the family applying for pr are same in both file.

Can we both claim points in EOI and anyone of us who get early ITA will apply for remaining process? If we both get ITA same time than one of us will not accept it.is it possible?
