Ok so my spouse application is now finished, received ppr and got stamped visa back in 10days. Singapore vo has been very generous took around 6months for spousal application process.. it could have been shorter but it was our fault that we missed medical request email by 2.5 months. Anyways i wish all families get along with her partners soon and live a happy life, amen

Unfortunately i dont know abt that, but if your husband was in military service, involved in government or stayed in different countries longer than im sure its comprehensive screening
Idk how it works with other countries, but in Afghanistan it takes 20 days to get your PCC and has multiple steps to do so, first you give ur biometrics in MOIA, then they direct you to the MOFA, then they will tell you that after a couple of days you can ask your mom dad or relatives in canada to collect it from the consulate, they wont hand it over to you, also they charge 50$ american. Per pcc. And NO THEY WONT APPLY FOR YOU, they will simply ask you to get them the PCC and its your job on how and from where.!
2: your dependents arent exempt from medical Fee, they have to pay, here in AFG its 400$/person, but in Pakistan a lot cheaper but time consuming..

Yes brother ma ham afghan astum - Should they start getting their PCC before IRCC ask or they should wait. They are going to give their biometric next week .
I would recommend starting the process already as I do know afghan PCCs take long and it's a lengthy process.

Would appreciate if you please share whole timeline, as per AIP I have sent all requested forms and PCC from Bangladesh to Singapore VO which they received 4th January 21 but no news after that meantime I have landed Canada on 12th March as PR from protected person . They have not yet asked for medical
I used my own application number because the GCMS notes is requested from Canada. So they already have all the information. Still a long way from PPR. No medical or bio requested yet. As long as you are not from West Africa, your case will not be this slow.
