Hmm. There are two inside applicants already who are getting updates. I think this is what they meant by prioritizing inside canada (in ircc phone record). I cannot answer why, but I think “a parent should take care of her kids first before her nephews”. So I understand if they prioritize these graduates who are already here. Again, my views doesn’t represent ircc. I’m inside Canada, staying here for 3 years, but still waiting for the processing of my application.

Or maybe you are male? I really don’t know why they requested it. Because both my cousin and sister applied PR here in Canada without that CENOMAR
