a friend got Decesion made in ECAS but still inprogress in his account, what does it mean?

no, I just asked him this morning he said that he contacted them and the customer service said everything is done and the officer shall finalize the application. so the answer was blurry to me. Does Decision made mean they finished or still under process? I hope somebody does have experience can advise us.

That means decision is made. I called IRCC too and they mentioned I should expect to receive call from them. Not sure when they are going to call but hoping to get within this week or next.

Hi there I made that account by mistake too and I just asked my lawyer and she said that client cannot make this account, it can be only made by cic

if you already made the portal account, make sure you check that every day for updates.
IRCC will not send you any email as you already created that account.

Not yet as far as I know. I'm with rep and she has not given me any heads up.

After DM, IRCC will send an e-mail asking for Name, UCI number, Original entry date, last entry date and e-mail.
After you confirm that, you will receive another e-mail with portal Credentials where you have to upload your photo and confirm your address.
Then you will received eCOPR.

That's the one, if you already created your account, make sure you check it every day for updates where it will ask for address and photo.
