Could you please share your experience?
I received the request letter on may4 and the police force from my origin submitted the police check on June 1. Nothing updated yet and the due date is on July 4.

Honestly, I'm not saying this is the case, but I think people calling IRCC all the time asking for updates about their application if it hasn't reached 21 months of processing time is not helping. The same applies for the GCMS notes request. Immigration process is a lenghty process and I really think they are doing their best to process all applications, and only people that have been waiting for more than 21 months should be contacting them. right, it's not taking that long, but that's the official processing time for PNP application on CIC website.

In most cases it doesn’t take that, but 21 months is what canada.ca says that is the current processing time.

We are supposed to sit tight and patiently wait. But I feel you, it is hard. We are all going through the same anxiety…

Got a GU this morning.

AOR AUGUST 13th
Medical passed in April

Today after GU- Background check status changed to "Your application is in progress...."

Looks like I've cleared my eligibility.

Any thoughts on it?!

I called IRCC as I got 2 GU

June 14 & June 15

IRCC agent said everything is passed only security left which is not started yet.

My background status on june 14 was changed to "your application is in progress..." and today went back to "we are processing your background check..."

Main office - Sydney
secondary office - Ottawa

Positive sign? What's next?
