Somebody said that provincial nomination applications with outland dependents are being holden. It seems you are not in this scope.
So keep patient.

I hope i’m that lucky one. But you never know about ircc that they are still processing my application as an outland or inland.

I had that question as well.
I changed my address from outland address to inland via the online service platform. After that, when I called IRCC agency, they double-checked with my inland address. So i knew my inland address already there, but i still didn't know whether they will process my application as inland.

I also did same thing.
I sent webform to change address and our work permits too.
I hope that is working and also i checked with ircc agent about my status as inland or outland and they said its inland.
