I dont know if its a recent bottleneck they are having. I see pending eCOPR from May 20th and later and lots of credential emails. Maybe I am missing something some this portal is active since last year right?

It's active since last year, yes. I think it's been around since October. It used to take a month back in January to get the CoPR after declaration.
