Any OINP Outlander here? Does anyone know what would be an expected timeframe to get the COPR in the current situation. Life seems to be on hold at the moment!

Thinking of requesting for GCMS next month.

Your eligibility is likely passed by now too. I am EE PNP - OUTLAND and got my notes last week. Everything is passed except Security that hasn't started at the time. Heard they aren't initiating security for most outland applicants due to the ongoing restrictions. We can expect to see considerable movements once restrictions are eased.

1st Call to IRCC: 14 May -> Background Check is in progress, Eligibility not started.
2nd Call to IRCC: 28 May -> For some query. Background Check is in progress, Eligibility not started.

Yes called IRCC couple of times everytime they say criminality is in progress.

Situation doesn't seem moving and I don't have any further information regarding to what is happening with applications of people outland. Has anyone seen any progress to their application, is there any hope to us abroad to have our application processed within this year? Life seems to be on hold now while waiting

I'm in the same boat as you, priority is given now to inland applicants, before covid the normal processing time was 9 month, I think in current situation the normal processing time is between 12 to 18 months.

2.05 MEP&BIL
2.08 BIO
Long long wait no update no GU.
5.29 First GU
Called 6.07 said all passed in 5.29
6.09 Got the confirmation of permanent resident portal email
6.10 reply the email in the morning, got the link after half hour, upload picture and address in same day
6.11 got Ecopr email around 5:30 PM.
just waiting for the first PR card now.
