@louloulemon I understand the whole processing is time-consuming and it's like a patience test. Talking about your concerns on address, Your e-copr depends on your declaration of staying in Canada. As far as I know, the address update and photo are for dispatching your PR card to your current address. There can be cases where you might have moved after you submitted your PR application and that's the reason for asking the address again. Trust me, you are not left behind all alone. I know there are people waiting since May 4th for e-copr too. I know it's infuriating at times. But, I would say please continue to have patience considering the fact that your application is already approved. I know it's hard but set a timeline of 30 days post submission date in your mind and allow the 30 days to complete before you invest your energy and time on this. You will be notified via your e-mail if your e-copr is uploaded by the IRCC.

I m a nurse without a health card in Ontario until I have this ecopr so it’s very very frustrating. But yeah let’s forget about it until the end of June. Thank you again

Hello I did choose option A. My wife also received pr portal should she reply to the email also and send the information ask like name, uci, original date of entry and port of entry? I need your help thank you.

Hi nylider, just courteously tell them you have chosen option A under your UCI & name. So they know you will help your wife to do the application under one file. Thank you.

the problem is there's no single notice that my spouse photo was rejected. it's difficult to assume that the photo is the reason and there's no way to re-upload it as well. and its so strange because they are both my dependents

I got your point. but the sending part is the Canada-Post job. Calling IRCC won't work.
You can start counting the date from E-COPR, add 6 weeks. Until then, you'll have to wait.
After 6 weeks pass, you can tell IRCC about your wife never received her card, and let IRCC resend the card for her.

Hi, Kk kabobo, You can link your E-COPR to GCkey, and your can track on it later. Or just track on the Portal, once there is an update you will receive an email.

You are very welcome. It's okay, but it takes time for them to relate everything (like in queue again.).
It is better to reply directly to their email, so they know what you refer to.

I think it's a glitch in your email. Every time I just hit the reply button and type in what I want to say, it doesn't show up anything server not found.
Did you try to restart or scan the virus in the computer regularly? because to me it sounds like you have bugs in your email account.
Any computer expert can kindly help him to solve this problem? Thanks in advance.

First, try restarting your computer and try all browsers you have. If this all is not working you can start scanning for viruses
