Hi guys
I have to say, finally, I found this place which guys had the same story as me.
You can find my timeline below, I am still waiting for my MR. I did a medical examination in December 2019 for my WP and it is expired now.
I haven't got confirmation whether an expired MR will be extended or a second MR is needed for me.
Please give me some idea what's going on for me MR. Appreciated any comments.

How did you know, Did you checked rendomly or you had got any emails or notifications?
on the second page of the gcms note, in the bottom called: "application assignment- assigned to"
In the same situation my work permit medical expired on 4th May 2021 , not received any confirmation of re-medical or extension ? Please let me know if you get any update

Finally!!!
I have filed my PR on July 2019 and they received my file on 2 August 2019 after that I received my pre-arrival letter on 15 Jan 2020 after that I received my medical on 16 November 2020 and I pass my medical on 3 December 2020 . Finally Yesterday I received and email from IRCC it was IRCC Permanent Residence Confirmation Portal in that email they told me to reply that email and I have to send my details. This was the details they asked

Today I got another email from IRCC. They gave me ID and Password For the portal (Which should be competed in 14 days) In That I have to upload my 2 Digital Photos and my Address.
After that I have to wait 10-15 days for my COPR.
