Sponsor Wife (I'm in Work Permit & PR file in Process)

Hello Everyone,

I'm in work permit and going to India this week for my wedding. I'm currently in my Work Permit and I have applied for my PR through Canadian Experience Class. i have already given my Biometrics. I want to bring my wife to Canada at the earliest. What's the procedure?

1. I need to inform IRCC and make changes in my account from Single to married and add my wife's profile to my account.
2. In the meantime should I also apply for Open Work Permit for Spouse?

What are the documents required? Please advice on this.

You need to add your spouse to your CEC application. Are you working in NOC 0, A or B? When does your WP expire?

Yes I have a full time job and it falls under NOC B. My Work Permit expires in May 2022
